Why do I need to publish my showroom for AI features?
Publishing makes your brand data the live source AI Autowrite and Autocolor learn from.
AI Autowrite and Autocolor generate on-brand results by learning from your published Brand Showroom data — your colors, fonts, voice, and tone. When a showroom is published you'll see a "Using Brand Showroom Data" badge, and you can generate with or without a prompt.
If nothing is published yet, you'll see "Publish your Brand Showroom to enable AI suggestions." Editors and admins can also toggle "Include Draft Data" to generate from unpublished edits.
